1. If You Need to Cancel
If work hasn’t started, a full refund is possible.
If we’ve begun work, we’ll assess what’s been completed and discuss a fair refund (if applicable).
2. Refunds & Adjustments
For projects in progress, refunds will be partial and based on the work already done.
If we’ve reached major milestones, refunds may not be possible.
3. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds are usually processed within a few business days.
Instead of a refund, we’re happy to explore alternative solutions to ensure you’re satisfied.
4. Exceptions & Flexibility
We approach each situation with fairness. If something unexpected happens on our end, we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
