  • If we’ve begun work, we’ll assess what’s been completed and discuss a fair refund (if applicable).

2. Refunds & Adjustments

  • For projects in progress, refunds will be partial and based on the work already done.

  • If we’ve reached major milestones, refunds may not be possible.

3. Processing Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are usually processed within a few business days.

  • Instead of a refund, we’re happy to explore alternative solutions to ensure you’re satisfied.

4. Exceptions & Flexibility

We approach each situation with fairness. If something unexpected happens on our end, we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
